Stop and take a look for a while

I live in the city where almost everything is fast paced and always on the go. I usually live like that but there are times I just stop and take a look at the world around me.

I get fascinated all the time with these kinds of sights that most people take advantage of.

These pictures were taken not so long ago...I think it was last February or January.

I just love the colors that I really had to get a picture for you to see.

Have you stopped for a while and just look at the beautiful scenario around you?

Try it ^^,

Much Love!

Food Review: Jollibee Chicken and Mushroom Pasta

Happy Sunday ladies!

I was supposed to blog last February but I forgot about it. Thankfully my Korean unnie Sophie was really nice to bring me this with watermelon float yesterday when she asked me to do her make up for her date... I just love doing her make up ^^,

Me and Sophie ate this before I did her make up so I have energy hehe!

So anyway the first time I tried this was when I went to the Enchong Dee World Anniversary party last February and it was kinda a let down the first time since it wasn't anything as I expected it to be. And that is what you get if you expect too much.

In terms of taste, its okay but its not that sweet like the normal spaghetti Jollibee serves. But I think this one is for  teenagers and adults that would like something different from the ordinary pasta.

Over all this tastes okay but if you are not a big fan of mushrooms you might want to reconsider.

Check it out for yourself in your nearest Jollibee and let me know what you think :)

Much Love!

Food News! Healthtea at Californiaberry!

Ever since the milk tea has started here in the Philippines, these cool and creamy drinks has been popping up all over the place. And now Californiaberry - the biggest froyo chain in the country has joined the bandwagon!

Who wouldn't love cooling down with a semi-sweet, flavorful combo of milk and tea while munching on some chewy and plump tapioca this summer season? this is definitely a different kind of beverage to all adventurous foodies out there like me! ^^,

From the finest tea leaves of Taiwan with the perfect blend of milk, and the right amount of sugar, Californiaberry's milk tea makes our drinking pleasure a little more exciting with its black boba balls with its bigger, tastier and softer texture which you can compare to a gummy bear!

These come in medium (75php) and large (85php) sizes that also offers different choices of flavors like jasmine, taro, almont, yogurt, coffee, honey milk green, honey milk, and even iced coffee!

And if you are not really into boba tea you can also try out their juices from green tea, black tea, passion fruit green tea or yogurt green tea. I'm actually more curious now to try them all! :D

So for this summer season why don't you hang out with your friends at Californiaberry and experience their mouthwatering froyo, shakes, pastas and even a good cup of organic coffee while you recharge and enjoy a lazy day with your friends.

Californiaberry is now serving nationwide with over 25 stores, including the newly-opened branches at Market Market, The Fort and Ateneo de Manila.  Also located in Mezza Residences, Sta. Food Finds: Quacker Oats' Oaties

I love cookies. But I kinda get sad whenever I think that they are bad because if you eat too much of these it will make you fat. :(

But I found these the other day and I thought to myself, I guess this can be a good alternative.

Oatmeal is known to have a lot of fiber that can be good to our digestive system. Quacker oats' Oaties is just a bite size version of the cookies that we see on the market.

It comes in 2 variants: Honey Nuts and Chocolate Chip.

This can also be a great treat for kids. I have actually given them to my niece and nephew and they loved it! That is what I usually think about whenever I buy food for me and my 2 sidekicks haha! This is real cheap too it only costs around 14 pesos each.

Have you tried Oaties? What's your favorite variant?

I actually like both! hehe!

Let me know on the comment box!

Much Love!

Review: Milkis Carbonated milk and yoghurt

I have seen this drink a couple of times already when I am at 7-11 and I wondered what carbonated milk and yoghurt would taste like.

This is from Lotte which is from Korea and I think Korea is one of those countries that would make anything really yummy. Second to that are Japanese haha!

But kidding aside, this is actually quite a refreshing drink. Its kinda different from the usual soda that is sold here in the Philippines which I think is great since having too much of something would end up boring your life.

It tastes more of yoghurt than milk I can tell you that. But its a refreshing twist for the usual soda.

A can of this is sold for only 19.00 php. I think this is exclusively sold at 7-11 stores nationwide.

Try this one out and tell me what you think about it.

Much Love!

Dark Chocolate Madness

I.LOVE.CHOCOLATE.

I actually eat chocolate when its available and I think I have tried different kinds of chocolate from different countries. I'm not an expert on these, I just simply love them.

I actually got this because I was looking for some food when I forgot my lunch a week ago.

The chocolate I love the most is actually dark chocolate because its not really sweet, its more bitter which people say this type has a lot of antioxidants which is good for us.

Goya chocolates are actually based here in the Philippines and I have been loving their products even when I was young so I wasn't surprised that they released chocolate bars.

They have different variants of this, it has nuts and raisins, milk chocolate, cookies and cream and white chocolate.

You can buy this in all stores nationwide. The price would depend though by store.

Much love!
