Try out CaliBurger's Newest Treats!
CaliBurger Philippines, one of the newest food spot in Manila, is introducing three new products as the celebrate Cali Fresh Weekend.
Personally speaking, I prefer my burger to be made with precision because a burger is not a burger if the meat is not cooked right.
Being a foodie makes you look at food preparation in a whole new level.

Affordable Awesome Burger at Wham
Cravings usually get the best and worst of me. I crave for something to be made fast yet satisfying. The only problem is not all burgers are created the same: Some are grilled while most unfortunately are fried.
Then back in 2000, good friends Tony Yap and Dondi Lazaro began experimenting on their own concoctions because there isn't anything in the market of a legendary burger since it may be a burger from a fast food chain or something from is so expensive that its not really something that most can be a craving.
As a foodie, I have actually grown tired of the typical burger that fast foods offer because not only they are not satisfying they are also unhealthy. But now food lovers can have an awesome burger in a casual-style restaurant.
Wham Burger was near an instant hit in Quezon City because of its serving - Huge, Hearty and tucked with impeccably good beef.
The interior of Wham Burgers is like if you are in a comic book. Its simple yet catchy and also has a touch of the younger years for some. They even have a burger that is named after a comic scene it denotes to - Kapow!
Wham burgers doesn't have any complicated ingredients such as MSG because they want to remain on top for having a satisfying burger with that real beef taste.
I was able to try their newest additions: Slider Trios and Spaghetti Fries!
Okay let me just say that even though Wham Burgers are at par with gourmet burgers in the metro the price isn't too much for my wallet.
Lets start with the sliders trio.
The sliders trio is basically smaller version of its bigger counter parts. But these are not the ordinary sliders that we know. They are about twice as big as a regular slider.
For 250php it consists of The Wham Burger, The Wham Burger with cheese and the Bacon Burger. If you have a very very big appetite you can actually eat these but I suggest share this with a friend because although they are small in size they pack the same taste to their regular counterpart with its juicy patties and flavorful mix.
If you think Wham's side dishes are just friea- you are definitely wrong. Their newest addition, the spaghetti fries actually got me amazed because it contains two of my favorite food in the world: Spaghetti and Fries~! It is quite nice and the sauce is really like spaghetti. Prices at 70php this is also good for sharing with your friends.
I would really recommend these the next time you get a craving.
Wham Burgers is located at three branches: Katipunan, SM North Edsa (The Block), and Mall of Asia. For more information, visit www.whamburgers.com. Follow Social Media Accounts: Wham! Burger on Facebook, WhamBurgersPH on Twitter, and whamburgersph on Instagram.

Bone and Barrel Night out Recommendations
Hey guys!
Saturday for some people is that day of the week where you can go all wild and crazy while some go on dates or just drink. I've done some of these in the past AND I still do it though and I think I've gotten used to it haha!
One of the bistros I go to in Eastwood is Bone and Barrel. They serve really nice food and also really good beer. Here are some of my picks for a night out with your friends.
For starters you could get the Minion Skewers. They are grilled cheese filled fillet mignon wrapped in bacon. I know its a mouth full so is eating one. If you dip it in the salsa-like dip provided the taste just explodes in the mouth. It is quite heavy to the tummy which is good if you don't plan on drinking a lot that evening.
Next off is the Nacho Tower!
This one is a great pica pica for friends since it is really a tower of nachos topped with Mango cilantro salsa, chili con carne, and jalapeno! The taste is sweet but spicy and also a bit tangy. Me and my friend actually had a hard time finishing this because it was only me and her. This can be shared by about 3-4 people.
And lastly, To top off your night out you can try out Bone and Barrel's Flavored beer! My most recommended flavor is Salted Caramel and Kiwi. Its really yummy and refreshing so a must try for sure!
Those are just some of my recommendations of Bone and Barrel's best picks. Make sure to drop by their bar at Eastwood City!
Much Love!

Experience 3rd Wave Coffee with Coffee Empire
Coffee. I love coffee. There is just something about coffee that most people love. Most people depend on it to stay awake all night to finish a project or to wake them up in the morning. Some people like to enjoy a cup of coffee just for the relaxation it gives.
But its most coffee shops are just the same don't you think? I was thankful to experience a new kind of coffee experience with the Coffee Empire a couple of weeks back.
Their first branch along the stretch of West Avenue in Quezon City is from the brainchild Chef Ernest Joggler Martin and entrepreneur Anthony Lim.
Their winning ticket for a new kind of coffee experience? The third wave coffee concept. This concept aspires the highest form of appreciation to coffee.
The preparation of coffee has actually become an art in which each step is specifically calculated from the sourcing, roasting, all the way to its final brew. With this kind of experience, We will be able to experience the finest coffee of the world also with what our coffee can offer.
The Coffee Empire offers a wide selection of high-grade, hand-picked coffee beans roasted to perfection and served at its peak where the balance of its tastes, texture and aroma is achieved.
I was really amazed on their coffee bean selections from here to abroad. I was able to sample an espresso made from the best coffee beans from Baguio.
The opening was really a great experience because they also held a competition for latte art which features some of the best in the metro. Of course the contest will not be one if there is no prize right? The prize for the best latte art is an iPhone 5!
How envious I am for the winner but quite honestly I have never seen a pack of men oggle during a cafe latte art competition like this. It was something to be seen really.
Please do visit Coffee Empire soon! They are located at 74 West Avenue, West Triangle, Quezon City (Besides Hap Chan)
Make sure to visit as well their Facebook page for more updates.
