If you guys follow me on IG and my vLog channel (which I suggest you do) you would probably know that I went to a wonderful place called Vigan recently.
Vigan is a wonderful place to discover great architecture dating back from the Spanish times.
And if you are planning on visiting Vigan soon I suggest you try Metro Vigan Inn.
Located about 10 minutes outside of the heritage village of Vigan, Metro Vigan Inn is nestled in a quite residential district of Vigan city. It may look like a normal inn but it exudes a very hispanic feel- much like those that of the houses at Calle Crisologo.
The interiors also boasts of its hispanic feel from the window and also its tiles. Its lobby is also quite spacious to lounge in at day and night.
Some of its amenities are Fully air conditioned rooms, private toilets and baths on all its rooms. 24 hours running hot and cold water, LED Cable TV, Unlimited WI-Fi Internet connection, and its wide and secured parking space.
The room rates in Metro Vigan Inn is quite cheap yet competitive like those that are inside the Heritage village.
They have a Standard double room that has 1 double size bed good for 2 people for only 1,300/night.
The Superior Double room contains 1 double size bed that is good for 2 people for 1500/night. The difference between the standard and the superior is the superior has bigger space.
Superior twin has 2 single beds good for 2 for 1500/night.
Superior Triple has 3 single bed good for 3 pax for 1900/night. This is actually the room that we got.
Deluxe Twin has 2 full size beds that is good for 2-4 pax that is 1700/night for 2 persons. There is an additional 250 php per person. This is a great room for families.
And lastly we have the backpackers room which has 3 double deck that is good for 6 people for only 600php per person.
If you are travelling with your family I would suggest you can get the Deluxe Twin room because it is the biggest and also great for big groups.
If you are travelling alone or with your significant other you can get the Superior Double room.
For groups, I suggest go for the backpackers room for that full backpacker experience.
All rooms are inclusive of a complimentary breakfast via the Metro Vigan Inn Cafe. Rates are subjected to change without prior notice. Also their room rates are quoted based on the minimum capacity per room, extra bed/person/breakfast charge will apply with these. Also prices may change during peak seasons (holidays, convention period, and holy week) there is a surcharge that would apply so make sure to check their website for these dates and also from their customer service.
As I said, the room that we got is the superior twin room.
It is quite spacious unfortunately I was not able to take pictures of our room but you can check it out via my vLog on Day 1.
Overall, I see that staying in the room that we had is quite comfy, the bed was firm but still good for a night's rest from a day of exploring Vigan.
I would surely recommend the stay here because its cheap yet competitive. The place is really clean and comfortable - as if you are at home.
