McDonald's Coffee Float: My two cent (or more) about it

Happy Monday!

How do you start your week? with a cup of tea? Frap? or with coffee?

With me its either way, I don't really get myself settle with only one drink as my go-to one since it can be bad for you. But if you ask me the most common item I reach for is coffee. I don't know specifically, but coffee just gives me that jolt to help me through the day or night.

And in relation to coffee, I have recently tried McDonald's Iced Coffee which some people I know have raved to me so much that made me try it. One of this is retailed at 95php but if you want this to be your drink to your McDo value meal, you just need to add 45php to your meal to get this bad boy.

This drink consists of Black coffee, ice cream, ice and chocolate for some sweetness. The concoction is quite simple that you can actually do it yourself at home. I think the only reason it is priced as such since they use arabica coffee.

Taste wise, its okay. I'm no drink expert but honestly speaking the taste is quite simple that you would re-think of getting one again. I do agree that this is from the McCafe chain which is McDonald's version of starbucks, but taste wise gives me that hint that its overpriced.

Over all, I think its a good drink but price wise is just a waste. I wish they would lessen the price since they use only simple ingredients. I don't think I will be buying another one anytime soon. I might as well give myself a treat by getting a tall starbucks dark cherry mocha frappuchino.

Have you tried this drink? What do you think about it?

Let me know below!

Much Love!

xx Alice
